Company and billing
Floydee Studio is operated by Floydee Infotech Private Limited. Payments are processed through Razorpay and purchase records are retained for billing, support, and accounting purposes.
For Indian billing profiles, GST treatment is applied according to the billing state information provided by the buyer. For non-India billing profiles, GST is not charged in the current checkout flow.
Receipts and records
Every successful credit-pack purchase creates a persisted purchase record, payment reference trail, and receipt-delivery status. These records support accounting visibility, customer support, and internal auditability.
Credit additions are applied only after payment verification. AI usage is separately tracked in the credits ledger for operational accountability.
Data and AI operations
Floydee Studio processes founder inputs, product memory, and generated outputs to deliver workspace functionality. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with the laws applicable to their business and jurisdiction.
