These terms govern access to Floydee Studio, an AI-powered startup-building platform that helps founders move from idea to investor-ready execution using product memory, AI chat, document generation, and execution tools.

Use of the service
You may use Floydee Studio only for lawful business and startup-building purposes. You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity carried out through your workspace.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its security, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the platform to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
AI-generated content
Floydee Studio provides AI-assisted outputs based on your saved product memory and prompts. Outputs are intended to support founders and do not replace legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing and validating all generated materials before sharing them with customers, partners, regulators, or investors.
Credits, payments, and top-ups
New workspaces do not include a free credit tier. Credits are offered through starter and refill packs sold inside the platform.
Paid credit purchases are processed through Razorpay. For Indian billing profiles, GST may be added where applicable. For non-India billing profiles, GST is not charged under the current flow.
- Purchased credits can be bought multiple times and are added to the workspace balance after payment verification.
- Receipts are sent to the payer email recorded for the purchase.
- Failed, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payments may result in withheld or reversed credits where legally and operationally necessary.
Customer data and IP
You retain rights in the startup context and materials you submit to Floydee Studio, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, and deliver the service.
We retain all rights in the software, UI, service design, branding, and platform infrastructure belonging to Floydee Infotech Private Limited.
Availability and changes
We may change, improve, or discontinue features, limits, or commercial terms as the service evolves. We may also suspend access where necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or compliance.
We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability in all cases.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes relating to Floydee Studio will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.
