Who we are
Floydee Studio is operated by Floydee Infotech Private Limited. When you use the platform, we act as the data controller for account, billing, and service-operation data, and as the service provider for the product memory, documents, and startup context you choose to store inside your workspace.

What we collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, organization details, billing profile data, and usage information needed to operate the service.
We also process workspace content that you submit, including product ideas, founder notes, documents, product-memory inputs, tasks, and AI prompts and outputs.

How we use data
We use stored context to power product memory, product chat, document generation, task generation, and investor-readiness workflows. We also use billing and receipt data to process payments, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and support customers.
We do not need you to repeat the same startup context everywhere because the platform uses your saved product memory to make AI outputs more relevant to your workspace.
AI and product memory
Floydee Studio uses AI models to generate founder-specific outputs. Inputs you store in the workspace may be processed to create plans, forecasts, decks, Startup India documents, and other artifacts requested by you.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it for business, legal, investor, or regulatory purposes.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with service providers needed to operate Floydee Studio, such as hosting, email delivery, authentication, AI infrastructure, and payment providers.
Payment processing is handled through Razorpay. We store transaction references and receipt details needed for support, accounting, and audit trails.
Retention and rights
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or tax obligations. Billing and receipt records may be retained longer than regular workspace content where required.
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to our legal and operational retention obligations.
